Curiosity and compassion are guiding principles in my practice. My idea of a good therapy relationship is one where my clients feel empowered to unravel, reflect, imagine, and take steps towards building mutually satisfying relationships, purpose and meaning in their lives. My clients describe me as warm, candid, sincere, and playful. I have worked as a therapist since 2008, and am well trained in various therapy styles. Whether you are interested in learning coping strategies for symptoms, or need to work on a complex relationship with yourself and/or others, I can help. I have specialized training in trauma work, anxiety and depression, co-dependency, couple's counseling, religious trauma, and more. I also work with Chicago artists - supporting artists, writers, and musicians. My practice is identity affirming and culturally sensitive.
